   My daughter really wanted a bracelet for Christmas, so I purchased the bracelet, charms, and the recommended safety chain online. When my daughter tried everything on, we realised the safety chain wasn’t compatible with the bracelet. We then visited the store at Rushden Lakes to get it sorted. The lady who served us was absolutely amazing — honestly the best customer service I’ve experienced in years. I really wish I had taken her name. Because of this experience, I won’t be buying online again and will definitely be returning to this store for the outstanding service

   Looked around the store finding everything very calm, clean and interesting. Was in there for 15 minutes looking at various pretty things, eventually when the sales lady asked me what I was looking for she very quickly let me know that Swarovski had closed down recently and I needed to go to Milton Keynes. I mean yes embarrassing, but she was very nice about it.

   Love popping into a pandora now that my fiancé has bought me a bracelet. This was a lovely spacious shop. I didn’t have the biggest look for any charms today but this is probably my closest pandora so i’ll be back when i’m thinking of purchasing! Rather difficult to navigate the shop on a busy saturday afternoon i’d say, but not as difficult as the carpark. The white walls and decor make it rather very and peaceful :)

   I visited the store today ,I received vouchers for my 70th birthday and wanted to buy a necklace to match earrings my son bought me ,family always I was served by Tracey who remembered my son who had bought the earrings she was so lovely and helped me with my purchases , for some reason my points on my purchases are not being added Tracey advices me to email Pandora with receipt numbers which I have done awaiting reply Lovely staff lovely products

   Not a great experience, after an item was lost after falling off. I feel this should have been explained at purchase that the item was removable and I now have a very sad 12 year old who has lost a pendent when the earrings cost of £90. We will not be back
