Lost a stone in my tennis bracket and the team were happy to help and replaced the item straight away. Can't name the staff who were superb as no name badges.

We tried to contact this store and phone kept ringing so thought I would try later and it still rang without no reply ten minutes went by and we answered a call and it was mollie from the shop who rang us back she answered our enquiry and we went to the shop and bought our granddaughters present and a 11 out of ten to mollie for being first a devoted employee and second a very pleasant young lady Thanks Mollie

The young assistant was very helpful whilst in the store there was a troublesome selfish customer but the assistant dealt with the situation very well she explained to the person that we were before her but ended up serving her first to save the situation escalating many thanks to her i hope the said troublemaker stays out of the store whilst she is on duty
