I’m very disappointed with the service I received at the Ernest Jones store in Stevenage. I have always respected the Ernest Jones brand and even purchased my watch from your online platform. When I visited the Stevenage branch for help with an issue with my watch, I expected the same level of professionalism and care that your company is known for. Unfortunately, the service there was extremely poor. The staff showed no willingness to help, and their attitude was unprofessional. This kind of experience damages the reputation of such a respected brand. I sincerely hope that management takes this feedback seriously and considers hiring or training staff who truly represent Ernest Jones’ values. Otherwise, this branch risks driving customers away and harming the company’s image.

My visit to the Ernest Jones Stevenage branch was amazing. Nice ambience, clean environment and friendly staff. Rebecca attended to my needs. Even with my indecisiveness, she made my experience memorable. She was very patient, detailed and helped me to make a good choice. Rebecca was so cheerful, always with a smile and prompt to respond to my queries. She is an asset to Ernest Jones and deserves to be promoted.

The watch was very badly packaged. (see photo) It came in the wrong box without the special racing booklet. The watch had clearly been worn before. This is the second time Ernest Jones have tried giving me a watch in the wrong box and without info. Will never use again.

Me and my family visited this shop today for buying a Watch for my Husband. We had a great experience with them and we are really happy with the watch that we bought. The gentleman who helped us with the purchase was so generous and friendly.The staff there were very friendly and supportive even when our child was so noisy and running around. One of them even explained everything about diamond as I had a doubt regarding diamond rings. That was so helpful. We were not there to buy ring but she took effort to clear my doubts. Their customer service is commendable as they are willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. We are highly satisfied with them. Thank you and keep up the good work.

I went here to get a watch battery replaced. The staff are helpful and the quote was reasonable, however unfortunately they didn't have the right tool to open my fossil, though they are listed as a fossil provider on the fossil website.

Went in on the 06/02/22 to try and get a watch battery for my watch guy took my watch out back to change was waiting for a while thinking what was taking so long. he then comes out and says can’t change as hard to get in to being a Armani watch he said would have to send off or try somewhere else upon leaving I looked at watch and saw that was scratched where they tried to get in to it but was after I left so didn’t go back as though they would at was already there which it was not after this went to Timpson‘s where the guy done it quick easy and scratch free

I visited the store as I was looking for a gift. My anniversary is on the horizon. There was one person out front who was serving another customer. She rose from her desk briefly, and at that point I expected her to say "I'll be with you shortly" or at least find someone to help me. No such luck. She didn't even look at me let alone acknowledge me. After a few more minutes I decided to leave the store. On my way back past, I saw the second store assistant, but I didn't bother to go in. That experience has soured my opinion of this particular store and I wonder if the hue of my complexion had any bearing on weather I was made to feel invisible.

Took a brand new Tissot watch in to have a new bracelet fitted as they were my nearest authorised dealer. They badly scratched the watch and the bracelet leading to a 2 month wait and both the watch-case and the bracelet being replaced by Tissot. They get two stars as they covered the cost (£300) but I won't be going back.
