   Spoilt rotten beads have long been my go to shop for my beading supplies and these last two days have confirmed my feeling that they are the best, Juliet has worked with me for nearly a week now, sourcing a particular colour pearl, and also another shopping list for two other necklaces I want to make, suggesting other colour ways when the particular colour I had in mind weren’t available, and to be honest, her designer eye made a much better match than I was thinking of. They will always be my go to bead shop now.

   Amazing customer service, even on a Sunday. Highly recommended! Edit to add: Juliet in customer services for SRB needs a raise. I’ve had her twice deal with my ordering issues during times where anyone would reasonably expect to be ignored until the next working day. She’s always polite and patient, even if I’m emailing at 9pm, and has genuinely made ordering a much more pleasant experience (since I know if there’s an issue it’ll be sorted). So, from this customer who’s had a rough year so far; I hope Juliet knows how appreciated she is in her role.

   Wow, wow and wow. I bought the selection packs of sale beads. You usually get the dross of the company's leftovers. NOT HERE. TIP TOP QUALITY BEADS. Aren't they beautiful. All of the products are great quality and exactly what I wanted. The company sent me an email to let me know when they received my order and when it had been put in the post.
