   These girls really made a personal situation a million times better. I had a terrible experience with another jeweller in town that told me my heirloom engagement ring wasn't worth adjusting. These girls went the extra mile, advised me they could try but would be risky, so kind and considerate about the whole situation. Upon returning my ring to me they were again so sweet and kind and the ring fits perfectly!

   Let me start off by saying the rings me and my partner bought for our wedding were perfect. Exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted. So why only 2 stars? The process was a mess. We had to order to be delivered to our house which was also an extra cost. As the rings were perfect we were ok with this as I work from home. The first ring arrived but the delivery driver had not rang the doorbell and left the package (which clearly had H.Samuel over it) in plain sight outside the front door. I know this because I watched it back on our doorbell. I put this down to bad delivery service, and retrieved my package. The second ring didn’t turn up at all. I had a call from the store saying they’d tried to deliver several times and that we’d not been in. This was wrong, and I’d asked when they’d tried to deliver, and each time I had been in and home. No action on our doorbell at all. The ring had therefore been delivered back to the store. As our wedding was coming up, I decided to return to the store to collect. Now this next part, was partly my fault. But I would like to say, the staff member could’ve warned me. I arrived at the store, and asked for either a reference number from my email, or my receipt. I didn’t have any email from H.Samuel, and I’d forgotten the receipt at home. So… I drove back home, grabbed the receipt and returned. I can’t really give the staff a review here, as they did their job. All I’d say is I didn’t really get an experience. This was our wedding rings! You can do better H.Samuel. Great rings, bad service.

   Absolutely rate the staff here at the Kettering branch very highly_ these days customer service seems to be a dying trend but we really got a 5 star service from the girls and sorry but didn't catch your name (Cara?) especially. Keep it up and WE will most definitely be back! You turned a really bad week around with your smiling face and we won't forget it!

   This has been the best service in a shop for a long time. The lady who helped me was very knowledgeable, extremely patient and understanding of what I was looking to get for my wife. I appreciate the variety on offer and also the fact they looked through their whole range to make sure I found exactly I was looking for. As the saying goes I now have a happy wife and now a happy life.
