Staff seem to have very tight undies on, bit of a pretty woman type vibe. I took my broken jewellery in they said it was all 9ct and offered £370 they kept it for a day to test it ect .. went to the next jewellers and they tested it at 22ct and offered 710. I wont be returning to the store as now as i see them as untrustworthy and liers

Got my wedding ring polished , omg what a difference . Also lovely friendly staff which makes is a massive plus .

This shop is incredible. The staff was so helpful and even rushed resizing for the ring I bought my mother for Mother's Day in the states. I went to several shops and the most beautiful jewelry was here. Thanks for making my visit so enjoyable.
No updates of when my jewellery would be finished. When I contacted myself I was told multiple dates. I went into the store on the exact day I was told it would be ready to be told it wasn’t there they’d had no post. A middle aged woman with absolutely no customer service. She was ignorant rude and no help what so ever. A young man did join in the conversation to correct her saying they had had post just unfortunately my ring wasn’t in there. He was much politer, I also dealt with him when I did eventually collect my ring and he was very informative.
My twin girls had their ears pierced for the 7th birthday by AAT and credit where credit's due. It was a fantastic, friendly and professional service that was delivered. Thank you
