   Online order was cancelled with no explanation in the email. When I called the woman on the phone very nonchalantly said they can't get the stock!! Why allow an online order if you don't have the stock? A complete waste of my time, this brand do all they can to give off an air of being premium but they don't have the basics right! The most frustrating thing is that Jones have my money to ransom, a refund could take 14 days to reappear in my account! Unacceptable!

   I'm ignored every time I walk in and this past Saturday Nov 15th, sadly was no different. Its usually not busy and empty too. I have even stopped trying to get some assistance. I now just go in, bee line to check quality of boots Im after then go home and buy online. Staff don't even look up or say anything from thier till points. I have seen them be friendly and chatty with other customers. I guess I don't look like thier type of customer. I will never know. The Windsor store staff were I used to go but has since closed were always so friendly, warm and very helpful. Trust the brand just not the Rushden store staff.

   Very friendly and helpful staff at the Rushden Lake store. Couldn’t help enough, nothing was too much of a problem, my husband must have tried 4 or 5 pairs of shoes on before making a decision, but the lady just kept going backwards and forwards to assist. A final decision was made then at the counter a pair of sandals were spotted, so again the assistant helped find the right size etc again. Couldn’t recommend this shop enough, will definitely direct my friends and family to this shop. Good quality shoes too..

   Very good quality shoes/boots. Had not been in the shop before. Wasn't even boot shopping but always on the look out for a bargain! The boots my husband bought me were supposed to be £145 and with the sale and an extra discount that day got them for less than half price. Beautifully presented store, lovely staff. Def worth a visit.

   Great customer service, we were returning some Pavers footwear and they were extremely helpful. Unfortunately they didn't have a suitable range of footwear that we were looking for on this occasion. However we will be returning. A good location with a good selection of food outlets and a cinema in case you wanted to make a full day out.
