One thing about outlet malls is that the employees tend to stay very busy with not-so-polite shoppers. As I walked around to the different stores, I found this to be true here as well EXCEPT for the Fred Perry store. I was helped by three people: Meg, Ethan, and Alex. They were just AMAZING!! They treated me like I was their most important customer, answering my questions and showing me items based on what I told them I was looking for. “Called the store earlier in the day to reserve two Pink Linen shirts for a wedding in Greece! Spoke with Amela who put them aside. When I got to the store, Amela was so attentive and helpful! She made it her mission to get me a shirt and socks to match! The socks were not in stock, but she ordered them to my home address! She gave me loads of shirt options! It was like having a personal shopper! Can’t tell you how good the experience was! Purchased pink linen shirt and socks that match and a black leather woven belt to complement the outfits!
