   My husband and I visited Crew Clothing Chichester on 31/12/24 and what a fabulous service we received from Ellie and Lynne. They went an extra 10000 miles to help us! Both girls couldn't do enough and made us feel valued customers every step of the way (Exchange and Purchase transaction) . They were professional, warm, understanding and so very helpful . If only all retail establishments showed that level of customer care we would all be very happy returning customers. Ellie and Lynne are a real credit to the company and we will definately be recommending Crew Clothing Chichester to friends and family. Excellent quality clothing too.

   Nice staff but too pricey for the quality of the clothes they sell. I do like the brand but will rarely stump up the cash for overpriced clothing, so not for me.

   Very disappointed with the staffs attitude! It was like we were an inconvenience being there. I bought 3 shirts but very unhelpful service.This is not the first time either we’ve had this experience!!

   Really lovely staff here that went the extra mile, especially the Aussie girl. Only opened recently and nice to see the staff keeping it in good condition. Bought two jumpers and a shirt in the sale and they are superb quality, washed multiple times now and still look new. Will be back thanks!
