I shopped in store today and was lucky enough to be served by Tom !! OMG what a lovely lovely guy! A ray of sunshine who definitely made my shopping experience a happy enjoyable one. A definite asset to this store.

This is quite a large M & S. It has an elevator for those who cannot use the escalator, located near the back of the store which is reasonably sized. It has a large lingerie department, a reasonable sized children's and men's wear section as well as a home department on the first floor whilst the ground floor focuses on women's wear, cosmetics/soaps etc with this floor leading to their food hall. It had friendly staff on my visit and the store appeared clean and tidy.

This Marks & Spencer branch is a dependable choice, offering a great one-stop-shop experience with its combination of clothing and food all under one roof. Upstairs, the clothing department offers a solid and varied selection. You can usually find a good range of sizes across their main collections, from the classic womenswear lines to smart menswear and children's clothes. The layout is generally spacious and well-lit, making it a pleasant and easy environment to browse in, whether you're looking for a specific item or just passing the time. Downstairs, the Food Hall is a real highlight. It consistently stocks the high-quality produce and inventive ready meals that M&S is known for, making it perfect for grabbing a quick, delicious dinner or doing a full weekly shop. The bakery and fresh produce sections are particularly good. Regarding the car park, the spaces are noticeably tight, which can be a challenge if you have a larger car or need to get children out of car seats. However, If you head to the far Western end, near the foodhall entrance, you'll almost always find available spaces.

Flowers were awful from this havant branch. Half dead. Am cross with my self for not looking at then properly. I never treat myself...on this day i did. When I held them upright all dropped..most went straight in the bin and the few I saved lasted just a couple of days. I have crps so isn't easy for me to pop back to shop with them..

Parking can be a challenge. Stock of some ranges is limited, with most popular sizes unavailable so you have a choice of Small or 2XL. Unfortunately this pushes you towards on line shopping or visiting the store next door, Next.

Not store related.. however, one member of staff from the store in Havant found my phone in a taxi last night. And handed it responsibly to my fiancé, I would like this person to know how grateful and pleased of how honest they were! As we don't get enough honest people in the world much nowadays. 10/10 efforts :)

So much for M&S security, today two dropouts ride up to M&S on push bike and Scooter, walked past me coming out and by the time I had reached my car these two were back out the store carrying four baskets full of meat products chased and partially restrained by OAPs. These two cleared off with well over £200 of meat and put people in danger! Why M&S do you not put expensive products to rear of store closer to walkthrough to clothing where your security man often lingers???? Oh there was no sign of security other than the self checkout assistant who could do little. Rethink needed !!

Good plentiful range of m and s food. Reasonable selection of men’s, ladies and children’s clothes. Staff warm and friendly apart from one lady in the women’s clothing area who is very abrasive and comes over as extremely rude! Which is sad as the store is really good.

We do normally like this cafe but disappointed today that although the food shelves were fully stocked it wasn’t possible to order a toastie at 4.15pm. Apparently it was too late. Maybe I’m being harsh, but although I understand that the team will want to start cleaning up towards the end of the day, refusing to heat this up did seem a little customer unfriendly. Perhaps understaffed or something similar but it was annoying as we believe the cafe doesn’t close until 5pm
