Then came the exceptional Marks and Spencers Sarah, she ensured there was a comfortable place for us to sit. Helped us order and checked in on us throughout. The bakery and fresh produce sections are particularly good. ​Regarding the car park, the spaces are noticeably tight, which can be a challenge if you have a larger car or need to get children out of car seats. However, If you head to the far Western end, near the foodhall entrance, you'll almost always find available spaces.”

“I wanted to write this review after my experience today, I did an online order for a holiday that I have coming up so it was a big order, unfortunately most of the stuff didn’t fit so I had to take it in store to return, I was a bit worried as it was a big return and I know returns can be a faff. I was served by Neve at the tills and she was so lovely, as an anxious person she reassured me that it was no problem at all and she did the return swiftly. Thank you for being so kind Neve!”

“Love the range, lots of Christmas decorations to choose from and even sells a selection of frozen foods which I didn't know. They Pretty much sell everything. Toilets were disgusting but other than loved it”

“I think this is my favourite store in the U.K. in terms of a brand and offering. I don’t like shopping, so when I do have to I like to go to a destination that is efficient and spaced nicely. This store is laid out well and has so many different categories. The staff are always helpful and pleasant. I think all the range stores should have map layouts or better signs as most range buildings are very big and it can be difficult to find certain things, especially if on two floors. Other than that, great store and people”

I was helped by Mary who was exceptional & so knowledgeable about all the bedding products. I was able to try the soft, medium & firm goose down pillows to enable me make the best decision to suit my needs. Thankyou so much Mary & JL. The duvet and pillows are of high quality and absolutely worth every penny for the best night's sleep & comfort.”

“It's a toss up between Hedge End and Whiteley stores but Hedge End has more than the edge on space and I like the downstairs café, much quieter than upstairs. Loved the more peaceful ambience of Whiteley though and I can usually find what I want.”

“The assistant by the changing rooms on Tuesday afternoon went over & above to help us. My husband tried on numerous trousers & jackets & she went out of her way to try & find the right items. Advising us to try different styles & colours that we wouldn't have thought of ourselves. I didn't take her name, but she is an asset to your business.”
