   Went to John Lewis today for a browse, looking at TV’s and soundbars. Was helped by Rich in the tech department. He answered all questions we had and was so informative. Dumbed everything down for us so we could understand as we asked him to tell us all info as if we were 2 as not very technical ourselves ! Ended up coming away with a TV and soundbar ! And having it fitted very soon. Rich was so helpful and wasn’t pushy at all. Ended up having lunch and going back for the purchases. Would highly recommend !

   Came in to look at TVs and sound bars. Rich/Richard in the tech centre was incredibly helpful answered all my questions. Went back brought a Bose soundbar and subwoofer. Spoke about TVs then went had lunch in the cafe to discuss it over lunch, after lunch met up with Rich then purchased a Samsung oled TV. The customer experience was amazing. Would highly recommend. Lovely to be able to test out the soundbars out, spent way more than I planned and it's being fitted Thank you

   I enjoyed a wonderful shopping experience at John Lewis, Chichester where I went to choose a new hungarian goose down duvet & pillows. I was helped by Mary who was exceptional & so knowledgeable about all the bedding products. I was able to try the soft, medium & firm goose down pillows to enable me make the best decision to suit my needs. Thankyou so much Mary & JL. The duvet and pillows are of high quality and absolutely worth every penny for the best night's sleep & comfort.

   Normally have a good experience but today I took my mum to the cafe for lunch. She ordered a drink with coconut milk but sadly was given regular milk instead. She reacted to this and has been ill since. It is really important that staff in the cafe use the correct requested ingredients to avoid allergy and intollerance reactions.

   Went into JL today looking at car seats for our 4 year old who had just outgrown his. We had an idea of what we were looking however after meeting Ellie we knew exactly what we needed. It was a pure pleasure, she was fantastic with our son, explaining everything we needed to know (which we would have had no clue about if we had brought online), even going to the effort of helping us unbox it so we could put it in our car, as our son was so excited to go in it. We all need an Ellie, well done John Lewis Chichester fabulous service as always

   Staff were incredibly helpful and personable. People often question the prices at John Lewis but the service makes up for it, and in any case the item purchased was the same price as anywhere else. In fact, after scanning my John Lewis card it actually worked out £100 cheaper! A certain nearby electrical retailer could learn a lot from this store...

   I went in yesterday to sort out a TV for my brother in law who is in a home, hard or hearing, and sight is not brilliant. I was assisted by a lady called Gabby. She was AMAZING. New her stuff, helpful, not pushy, just brilliant service. The prices were very competitive. Had been elsewhere, but the service though good did not really match my needs. This is the second time I have purchased items from John Lewis and I was impressed with service previously. The reason I delayed my visit there was my reluctance at travelling from Bognor to Chichester at the moment because of traffic!

   Came into John Lewis today to buy a new MacBook as it was the cheapest offer (beating Currys!) and I really needed a new one. Even though I knew exactly which configuration I wanted/needed, the staff were so lovely and helpful in making sure I made the right choice and were so eager to help if I needed anything. Richard in the tech/computer department was very polite and friendly and very well-informed of the computers on sale - he was also able to advise me about the accident coverage John Lewis offers, what is included with the coverage and how much it is and that it's available in monthly payments, and I didn't have to buy it today!. Within 20 minutes I had picked out the Mac in the colour I wanted, paid and left the store extremely satisfied. Delighted with the experience today.

   I had been to another big named shop that sells white good etc,looking for a dishwasher, they were useless!! One person serving and people waiting to be served. So looked on line and up came John Lewis. Went into the branch at Chichester, the assistant there, Andrew was brilliant!! Informative and attentive without being pushy. What a refreshing change. And cheaper than the one in the other shop that sounds like hurrys!!
