    I had a very disappointing experience today. I went to the store to return a lawn mower that I had carried all the way there a huge machine only to be told they couldn’t help me because there were only 10 minutes left before closing. The staff member, CHARLIE, was extremely rude and dismissive, showing no concern for the fact that I had struggled to bring the heavy lawn mower to the store. Instead of helping me, they told me to bring it back another time. This level of customer service is simply unacceptable.

    Laura the manager is amazing very helpful, friendly and kind. If it wasnt for her I probably would stop shopping at argos! I had a bad experience with the argos online customer service - speaking to a chat bot/ overseas virtual agent multiple days in a row does not innovate the customer experience or simplify it.

    Fantastic customer service. I had an issue with a Microsoft product and Microsoft kept me on phone calls and live chats for over 4 hours bouncing me between different handlers who in the end couldn't help. Argos took over and fixed the problem within 10 minutes. Superb

    I’m so pleased Argos is still trading as it’s a wonderful shop that has items that no other store has at great prices! Very helpful chap assisted me today and even managed to apply a discount to my computer chair purchase! Recommended!

    I went to collect 2 paddling pools today to be told only one of the pools in view in stock was for my delivery. I spoke to the manager who told me they had had their delivery for today and my second pool would not arrive today as they had already received today's delivery. I'd like the manager to explain why a few hours later I get a text to say this second pool is ready.Tell me why you couldn't work out both the pools in stock were for me or did you get a miraculous unexpected delivery? Disgusting customer service, Not bothered to go that extra effort for the customer.

    THEY SAY NEXT DAY DELIVER THEN WHEN IT COMES TO BETWEEN 2-6 WHEN THEY SAY ITS GOING TO BE DELIVERED THEY MESSAGE YOU AND SAY ANOTHER WEEK THANKS I HAVE GOT NO BED NOW :)

    Very disappointed,was told to Go here for a left handed screwdriver and the girl on the counter just laughed at me. The guy at Toolstation was much more helpful and showed me a selection. I know where I'll be shopping from now on.
