Friendly staff, clean and tidy shop floor but the stock is bad. Not much to choose from especially for the kids/toddlers age range.

As the only clothing retailer in Bordon, I was very disappointed to find they don't stock any children's school clothes. Found out since that other people have also made this assumption.
Lovely great big place with lots of clothes but what I was looking for in Alton store, not right size did not have it at all in the Bordon store
Very poor customer service - no manager available for returns dispute - staff member very dismissive - won’t be shopping here again!
