Shockingly bad Customer service. Order placed in-store, and the staff undertook to contact me when the goods arrived in store. After two weeks without any contact, I recorded my dissatisfaction with Crew HQ. No reply, just an automated acknowledgement promising a response within two days: nothing heard. After a further two weeks I repeated my complaint. Again, no reply, just the same automated acknowledgement promising a response within two days: as before, nothing heard in reply.. Some six (6) weeks later I re-visited the store in person. My order was in the store, marked 27 July 2025, yet no contact had even been attempted - despite the undertaking given when I paid, some six weeks prior. Uncaring, incompetent and dismissive - Crew.
Well-appointed and so organised, a lovely shop with great quality clothing and fantastic staff at the petersfield branch.
The staff in this Petersfield branch were amazing when I visited the shop yesterday. They gave sound advice and went out of their way to help me in my hour of need. Made a stressful, last minute panic buying experience really easy! Thank you so much.

Great quality clothes for both women and men. Store was spotlessly clean, good hygiene practice in place for Covid. Was great to be able to try what I wanted on. If you don't want the item, ie to big in my case they get you to leave it in the changing room then sort the garment out when you leave the dressing room. Believe they quarantine it for 72 hours. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Felt completely safe shopping in the store.
