“We booked Sophy as our doula for our first baby - and we are SO GLAD we did! I am convinced this played a huge part in our birth being so straightforward and calm. She is an absolute fountain of knowledge; not just on birth - but baby wearing, feeding (of any kind), pelvic floor health, pelvic girdle pain - the list goes on. At each of our antenatal or postnatal sessions she would arrive with books, baby wraps and various things for us to try/borrow (including a TENS machine, which proved essential). At the birth, she was a calm but assertive advocate for us in a hospital setting (where there were a few bumps in the road), and a brilliant support for my birth partner all the way through. The space that Sophy creates is judgement free and so supportive - we both felt so cared for the entire time. We can't quite believe she won't be a permanent fixture in our lives! “I love this store so much! It’s always so tidy and well stocked. The staff are friendly particularly ( I think ) the manager, tall lady with a bob style hair cut. I always ask her for advice and suggestions, she nips round picking up bits and puts together outfits for me or whoever I’m buying for. The changing rooms are clean and tidy, the areas are all sectioned clearly, they keep on top of queues by opening another till if need be. The range of clothes is great including underwear and accessories.”

“Everything about the classes are superb! We wanted to start taking our son as soon as we could and got onto the latest course, he was just under 2 months old, 6 weeks later and I can honestly say I feel going to Adventure babies and the great work Lisa does has really helped his development. I can’t recommend Lisa and Adventure babies high enough, the classes are so fun and engaging, something different every week, so well thought out and designed to be super interactive. Booked onto the next course starting January and we will continue to take our son and benefit from the sensory fun. I think whatever age your little one is, it’s so worth while taking them to these classes, and for me, I feel it’s very good value, especially as you are investing in your little ones future.”
