   I’d just like to say how friendly and welcoming this shop is. Always a friendly face to greet you upon entering. The staff engage with the customers, often having a nice chat and I’m always made to feel welcome. The lady with long blonde hair (sorry don’t know her name) always goes above and beyond and is always chatty. A lovely community spirit. Can not recommend highly enough.

   I used to he a real regular here, and spent loads. But prices have really crept up. The lady i used to see there (I think the manager) was always really friendly. However, the person working there on 5th March really shocked me. She was loud and vocal. I know all about her family situation, her benefits situation, someone else came in who was standing chatting to her and along with her dog, was just as vocal and I know what they think of the woman who works at the mengham branch. Then, to top it off, she went to the puzzles and clearing some of them to put new ones on was basically describing them as rubbish. It was such a toxic atmosphere, I left after her verbally trashing their stock (which are donations let’s not forget).
