   I have been to the store twice. First time I had a bad costumer service experience, but nothing to bad. I thougth it was an one of thing. Second time I visited was even worst. I asked for help to find a different size and a lady answered everything they had was o display so if it wasn't there, they did not have it. Dod not even try to see if the size was available in store. I carried on and tried the pieces I had. When I asked to a different person for a different size, because the one I had was large. Her answer was she did not know were that piece was. I couldn't remember either and the lady said I needed to look for it and just walked off to go speak and giggle with another colleague. I thought the staff was there to assist the clients and help them, but apparently not.

   Popped into the H&M at Whiteley and had such a great experience. The store was super clean and easy to browse, with loads of nice stuff in stock — from everyday basics to trendier pieces. I found exactly what I was looking for! Fitting rooms were clean, and checkout was quick and smooth as there are self-service tills. Overall just a really nice, stress-free shopping trip. Will definitely be back!

   Good options for all. Men’s has great basics at affordable prices. Kids clothes can be to print (characters etc…) heavy as I prefer less in your face clothing. Self services options seems to have slowed things down rather than speed it up and it doesn’t forego the need for an advisor to man it as it can be confusing at times eg removing clothes tags.

   Took daughter shopping for her birthday, her first experience of changing rooms (thanks covid) to twirl in and not need help. The range of girls clothes was vast and thankfully sensible, mostly! Great price on summer dresses and 3 for 2 items like leggings. Only shame was the staff were uninterested in us, despite spending a fair amount! All looked the same, skinny, bellytops and random piercings. If it wasn't for the choice and value for my daughter I wouldn't go inshore.

   Went here the other day and some man walked into my changing room. I told the member of staff and they said "well we have no men staff". They did not care one bit ! Disgraceful!!!

   Went to purchase something from upstairs. There were two members of staff in the men's dept when we were looking at the clothes, but when we went across to the checkout there were no staff anywhere on the entire upstairs sales floor. We were waiting upstairs at the unattended till for a good few minutes, before deciding that we would have to go downstairs to pay.
