   Absolutely terrible customer service from this store - we popped in quickly to grab some clothes for my kids late on Sunday, 15 minutes before closing. We were stood next to the tills trying on a top with the shop assistant clearly seeing us. We didn’t hear a single announcement until a very muffled one at 4.30 saying the tills were now closed. Why did he not at any point say to us, “I can see you have a lot of items there, I wanted to make sure you know we won’t be able to serve you unless you come to the till in the next few minutes” - the fact that he was looking at us and it was clearly evident we wanted to buy things and were hurrying, it didn’t cross my mind he wouldn’t warn us before the tills shut as it’s customer service 101.

   The store is nice and easy to get to but the quality of the clothes is getting worse and worse. I bought two pairs of trousers that were £60 each that have fallen apart within a few weeks

   Great store, perfect for online collections and returns. Many comment on the congested car park and traffic, all true; there is a second exit from the car park the M&S side - also we often avoid the grid lock by turning right. There are other routes into town and for A27 we head to the second junction that links with the A3 (if REALLY bad, otherwise it doesn’t take long to move).

   Female Toilets: Please Next staff in Havant Solent Retail park, change the toilet brush (these can be bought for 99p) and replace the hook on the back of the door. We do not want to put our coats on a toilet floor or look at the remains of someone’s emptied bowel on the toilet brush. Disgusting and an easily solved.

   I want to say a massive thank you to the young lady who helped us today when a woman hit my car and drove to another part of the carpark today, she went above and beyond and her manager said she would ensure we didn't get a ticket as we had to wait so long for the woman to return to her car. I would really like to thank her personally as she was so helpful, I just wish I got her name. I would love to pop in with a small gift to say thanks if possible.

   Easy to order, instore or online. Collection simple with separate collection point (not at a till) and returns are totally fuss free. Staff lovely. Amazon lockers now available. Toilets always clean.
