“Like many other women, I’ve always hated having a bra fitting. Having gone to M&S many times as a young woman to be fitted, and subsequently told I had a large back size, but small cup size, I was used to only being able to buy one or two bras in store, which were always old fashioned. I had heard great things about Bravissimo online, so whilst in Cardiff I decided to go and have a look. I spoke to a member of stock about locating a bra in my current size, who then kindly suggested coming for a fitting first. I was then fitted by Meg E who was incredible. She completely understood my insecurities, and made sure I felt amazing in each of the bras I tried on. I came away with two bras in a completely different size, but with so many more choices that I could go for in the future! I am so so grateful for her help, and also to Emme for encouraging me to go for a fitting. Thank you to these incredible women x”

“Bought a pram start of last year. Spent 2 hours there going through all the different prams the women helping us was so great and friendly! We bought a pram but unfortunately recently the bad snapped at the bottom so I contacted discount pram centre and they contacted the manufacturer for me and arranged it to be swapped for a new pram and was given a replacement to use while I waited for the new pram. So happy with the service discount pram centre have provided. Hayley helped me with the incident with my pram and she was so quick and efficient sorting it for me.”

“Great store to shop in, good selection of clothes and so spacious + clean compared to other Peacocks branches in Cardiff. I always find the staff are so friendly and their customer service is amazing. Me and my family shop here often and Maria is always so willing to help when we need it, she goes out of her way to make conversation and see how we are, and helps us find what we are looking for. She makes a difference compared to a lot of retail workers who are unhelpful and miserable. Love the store and the clothing.”

“Visited the store yesterday around 1400 and despite being quite busy the place was clean and well organised. The fitting room wasn't staffed which I find a shame but it was still clean and organised. I paid at the till at 1421 and the 2 women serving were both lovely, friendly and helpful. Top marks for this Matalan (unlike my local one in Camberley where the staff are consistently super unfriendly).”
