I don’t normally shop here but my friends do. I recently went here to get my bra sized and Estelle was so lovely with helping me. The bras here are comfortable and I’d definitely be coming back here again.
I struggled to find a bra so I went here and I was truly fortunate to have met Megan who helped me not only find one but multiple bras that fit me and looked amazing. It was such a comfortable and safe environment and she was so sweet. She went back and forward to find me new bras to try out and was so professional and kind the whole time. Truly exceptional service and went beyond any expectations I had. Will definitely come here again when I need new ones. Thank you so much!
I don’t often go out of my way to write a review but I had to after absolutely amazing customer service from Cerys. She truly went above and beyond to offer amazing customer service and she’s an asset to the store- I even stopped a member of staff to ask if they did some sort of staff recognition for her! I hadn’t brought from Bravissimo for many years and only went in as I needed a bikini on a whim, but the Cardiff Bravissimo store have now gained a new customer in me. Diolch!
Throughout the entire process of getting fitted, I received outstanding customer service. My sports bra and wired bra fit me perfectly. The fact that they are all made of polyester is a drawback for me because I have allergies to it and had to wear a vest underneath. It was snug but comfortable, and after two weeks it had doubled in size, so I had to get a new one of both. I went back to Bravissimo and wasted my money on another pair of bras because the same issue kept happening—the bra was twice my size, and I mean, it was huge in less than a month. It had occurred once more. When I returned, they told me there was nothing we could do.Now that I haven't changed my bra, it's still very big on me, and yesterday I felt something dig into me, causing me to be in excruciating pain. I take off my bra to discover that the wire has broken and come out, and they call this 4.1-star store a terrible one. I'm now wondering why it has so many customers.
Like many other women, I’ve always hated having a bra fitting. Having gone to M&S many times as a young woman to be fitted, and subsequently told I had a large back size, but small cup size, I was used to only being able to buy one or two bras in store, which were always old fashioned. I had heard great things about Bravissimo online, so whilst in Cardiff I decided to go and have a look. I spoke to a member of stock about locating a bra in my current size, who then kindly suggested coming for a fitting first. I was then fitted by Meg E who was incredible. She completely understood my insecurities, and made sure I felt amazing in each of the bras I tried on. I came away with two bras in a completely different size, but with so many more choices that I could go for in the future! I am so so grateful for her help, and also to Emme for encouraging me to go for a fitting. Thank you to these incredible women x

I really hated being fitted when I was younger, if anything it was traumatic. I'm sure many women can relate to being dragged to M and S for their first fitting! I really didn't know my size so came in on a whim, and I'm so glad I did. No booking was required, and I was fitted by Esther who was just so lovely and knowledgeable. She immediately knew what size I should be wearing just by looking at me and made me feel at ease throughout! Genuinely magic. She was patient and great, picking out some wonderful styles. A real credit to the store. She even informed me of the student discount which was really handy. I left with two new purchases and some new found knowledge. This store will now be my go too and I'll definitely be back!
Amazing shop. They do offer measuring too and the staff are extremely helpful. Excellent range of sizes and choice of models
May I just say I had the privilege to meet the most wonderful worker today. Her name was Anita and she was just beautiful. She helped me find my new everyday bra and sports bra and her professionalism and kindness were just impeccable. She made me feel at ease throughout the fitting and honestly made me feel like a new woman. I’m very self conscious and the thought of being even slightly naked in front of someone mortifies me but when I come into bravissimo I know I’m not judged and am made to feel like an absolute queen. Anita… thank you ever so much for your kindness and time today. You amongst many of your colleagues are just delightful. I have shopped here for a while now and the customer service along with the products never disappoint. Keep doing what you are doing and I can’t wait for my next shopping trip!.
I’ve been using this store for years now, I come across it when I could no longer get in sizes in primark etc and other larger size providers just didn’t fit well! I can honestly say this shop is amazing and I’m not sure what I’d do if it was to ever close! I’m not confidence at all, this is way out of my comfort zone but the girls are so nice and put you at ease from the second you walk into the shop! During measurements they don’t measure using tape like other places, they get sizes that they think would fit and go from there, I’ve found depending on which type of bra I pick my sizing is always different so I much prefer doing it this way than buying “your size” the poor girls in the shop are so happy to help, they are running back and fore with different bras and sizes and nothing is every time much trouble, I visited Saturday just gone and got some swimming costumes with support, as I said I’m not confident at all but the lady literally gave me counselling while in there and gave me a massive confidence boost haha! I’ve been in the pool all weekend and loved it, been missing out all these years, I’m sure she’ll remember me, would love this thanks to be passed onto her! Love this shop and highly recommend, wouldn’t go anywhere else, from the customer service to the quality of Bras you just won’t find any better! Thank you ladies :)
