We have visited yesterday this shop and our experience was excellent, the young member of staff who helped us to select my son's uniform was very polite and helpful, as she showed far beyond level of customer care, the staff who were at the billing desk was very friendly, so our experience with this shop was more than five star.
Booked a school uniform booking appointment which was confirmed via email. Entered shop at appointment time and was greeted with ‘yes?’ I replied to say I had an appointment and the sales assistant informed me that she hadn’t been informed and that she was having her lunch. So rude. Uniform for high school is cheaper in YC sports, Canton so will purchase there instead.

Great shop, had what I needed. Currently you do need to book an appointment to visit the store. Luckily they served me without as they were a little quiet, but might worth them putting an update on their website about booking. The assistant Holly served me and was friendly and welcoming. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and be going back in the future.
Fab service. Arrived a little early for appointment but was invited straight in. Social distance markers in place with hand sanitizer available before entering. Sales assistant was polite and friendly. Got all we needed within 10 minutes. Highly recommend them for all your uniform needs.
Quite expensive but IS uniform so it wouldn't be cheap. This is my local uniform shop and I can walk there, it's in a good area so you can go to Tesco and be like " Wait, I just remembered, I need a school uniform!".
