Next is my number 1 go to. I like the quality of the clothes and I’d rather spend more on something that will last me and comfortable than buy new all the time from other stores.
I took a bottle of perfume back to next talbot green as it didn't spray. The perfume was part of a set I was given for my birthday. Not my fault it didn't spray, I tried it on numerous occasions and also asked other people to try it. The girl on the til was pleasant enough but asked if I had the receipt, no I didn't it was a gift. Do you have the box, no I threw it away assuming the perfume would spray, do you have the cream that came with it, no there's nothing wrong with that. She called someone who asked the same questions who called someone else who asked the same questions. The 3rd person, who I assume was the manager, looked at me with disdane but did actually got me another bottle of perfume but not obligingly. I said thank you many times during these exchange, however not one person said sorry to me for the perfume not being fit for purpose and the manager made me feel that I was totally to blame. Not good service at all.
Nice place for shopping. Parking area was crowded and busy.
Visited the store today - and got served by Lisa - when I got home half the items I paid for weren’t in the bag !!!! I am so annoyed - and have been on hold now for 20 mins trying to ring back through the store. She was so busy chatting away and packed the bag under the counter ( which I thought was odd at the time ) I didn’t realise until I got home . Terrible !!!! Purchasers beware ! And I’m still on hold trying to get back through to the store !
Lovely large store. Always clean and bright with friendly staff who are more than happy to help. Can be very busy especially on the ground floor but even with that being said nothing is too much for the staff!
