The items were delivered quickly and there was no fuss or stress with returning one of the jumpers. “It’s round the back!! If I’d read the other reviews a bit more closely then we would’ve found it quicker… but it was dark and there where no signs to the place. Ended up getting directions by folks in the Howdens unit! Visiting from another city, this is the best permanent thift place I’ve been to in the UK so far, the range is great! I will say it’s super important to check each item over as they had some stained/ damaged pieces priced the same as newer comparable pieces, but I understand the difficulty of spotting these faults with such high levels of stock to process.”

“Great quality shoes that won't fall apart after a year like most other places. Most comfortable I've ever worn because they really fit my foot properly, and they stock .5 sizes. They are quite pricey but often have big reductions in the sales. They also have an outlet website that's worth checking out. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff who aren't pushy.”

She arranged a free collection for an online order that wasn't saying it would arrive in time. “I was on my way to Somerset for my mother’s funeral. I got a low pressure warning so tried to take off the valve caps to check but could not remove the caps. Went to Halfords for help and Jay was able to spray it and remove the cap and inflate the tyre to correct psi. So grateful, took 5 minutes. He was so polite and I was able to make my way down the M4 and M5 knowing my tyre was good. Thank you Jay you saved my day.”
