   Following an accident, I struggle with chronic pain which impacts my ability to carry heavy items. I went into the Llanishen branch in Cardiff looking for large sized waist bags. I was excitedly looking through the stores collection when a nervous faced male employee passed me, making an awkward eye contact before he moved over to the end of a shelf and pretended to organise items. I found him staring at me abs it hit me. He was watching to see if I was going to steal. I'm nearly 50 years old and no thief. When the realisation hit me, I put the bag back that I had in my hands back while staring him right in his eyes then walked up to him asking if he had a particular battery stock. He awkwardly said sorry that they didn't carry that item and I said thanks and walked away. A moment later I watched him leave the spot he was pretending to work from and proceed to the front of the store (thus proving his awkward watching me/spying on me). So did the store train him for this type of action? Or Did he take it on himself to show such unwarranted bias? I want the issue addressed and am open to suggestions. I'm too old to be stereotyped, and harassed while shopping for an item that I was excited you actually had but walked away due to blatant bias filled, stereotyping and racial profiling me.

   Fantastic customer service from Ruby in the Llanishen branch in Cardiff Needed to change a pair of boots I'd bought in October last year, and she couldn't have been more helpful and apologetic, also said if I had any more problems to bring them back again . Very happy customer Wanted to put 5 stars but it wouldn't let me change it sorry

   I have been there lots of times from last three weeks to pick up things for my kids. This place has amazing sale going on at the moment. I have bought things in past and not a thread is out of place still !! Managed very well and social distancing in place. Sanitizer at the entrance. Staff very polite and very helpful. My favorite in the local market.
