“Fantastic experience that exceeded expectations. I needed to replace some walking boots. I explained roughly what I wanted and what I would use them for. Then had my feet measured, but not just measured, they seemed to measure where bits of my feet were. Then various options were presented, each explained and a quite thorough check to make sure the shortlist fitted properly. So I walked up and down a ramp, wandered around the shop. And, eventually, had a pair of boots that are, quite literally, some of the most comfortable things I've had on my feet. If you need boots, go here. It's rare these days to get proper attention when choosing footware.”

Got to the week of the event, and the website did make it clear there was a 5 + week wait on custom orders. I have rung the company and got through to Iwan, who immediately went to work tracking down my order. He informed me it was due in that week and he'd do his absolute best to have it to me by the date. Wednesday he called me back, said he'd sent it via 1st class to ensure id get it on time. Next day my package arrived. Quality of the clothes is amazing. Fitted exceptionally. Amazing customer service, could not have asked for more. 10/10 will recommend and use again .”

“Had a great experience with the ADVG team! Ordered a bike erg as it was half the price of a Concept 2 and was pleasantly surprised for it to turn up and be almost identical. I am a professional boxer and use this bit of kit every other night since I got it, very sturdy bit of equipment!
