I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all and she had so much invaluable knowledge. “Bought a wetsuit , boots and a new leash - it’s been a while and wetsuit technology has moved on ; Not to fear, a really helpful & enthusiastic young man was on hand to talk me through the array of advancements, understood my needs and hooked me up with kit that’s spot on - his obvious experience shining through. Once home with my purchases, sadly not everything was smelling of roses , however that’s when a retailer really shows its metal - a brief website ‘chat’ and the issue was sorted , no quibbles - that’s a shop you’ll want to do business with again - and again - and again - Great service isn’t difficult , sadly many don’t manage it - Boardriders do - give them a go”

Whether it’s for schools, local sports teams or business they can provide medals, trophies, football kits, work wear, personal decoration, you name it they can do it. “I stopped by this store earlier today, and even though they close at 5, they stayed open longer to help me find the perfect pair of running shoes. Not only did they extend their hours, but they never made me feel rushed or hinted that they were about to close. I spent around 30 minutes benefiting from their expertise, ensuring I made the right choice. I had visited once about a year ago and was surprised that the owner remembered me—and all I had bought was a pair of socks! It’s rare to find a place where the staff truly know their products and take the time to recommend what’s best for you. What really stood out was that they let me take the shoes outside for a quick run to test them—who does that? If you're looking for running shoes or anything related to running, this shop is an absolute gem. You won’t regret visiting!”

“My daughter and I visited the Jog Shop to get trainers in preparation for doing the overnight London Moonwalk Marathon. We had no idea what to look for but Tony was incredibly patient and knowledgeable as we tried on about 7 pairs each. We came away with not only a pair of shoes that was suited to us individually, at a good price, but an experience of proper customer service.
