I had the best experience at this running shop - I’m only sorry that I didn’t get the gentleman’s name who was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my running style and needs before recommending shoes. Their professional advice and attention to detail helped me find the perfect pair, and I’ve never felt more comfortable and supported on my runs. Truly outstanding service—I wouldn’t go anywhere else for running gear!
Very weird, unfriendly experience. Had high hopes, but ultimately the owner/shopkeeper was rude and dismissive, ended up taking my business elsewhere. Socialisation/customer service needs work.
Went to RUN today with my partner, who had his first pair done here around 15 years ago and had very fond memories of the place — and I have been mind-blown by the expertise! After walking a little bit and having answered some questions, I was offered a pair to try and they instantly felt like what I had been needing and looking for. I was asked to do a short run to check the fit, instantly fell in love with them, and was still offered to try a different style of the same support type to compare. Very very impressed and grateful, thank you so much. I will make great use of the Saucony.
UPDATE... took another minute of my PB. These trainers are fantastic!!! Came here after a recommendation from my daughter who purchased some new running shoes. You're welcomed by a very smart dressed man. Kurt Hoyte is so charming and extremely interested and helpful. The time he takes in finding the right shoes for you is fantastic. Never rushed and it's such a pleasure to have brilliant customer service. I ended up buying some new shoes and can't wait to use them on my next parkrun. If you need a new pair of running shoes, this is the place to go
What an excellent store and I never knew it was there. Superb selection of really good quality shoes (and garments). I ended up with an excellent pair of runners! So comfortable.
Fantastic local business, highly recommended for your running needs. Efficient and easy approach to finding what suits you and a gait analysis provided for free before purchase. Didn't feel pressured and although prices are on the high side you get what you pay for and with Run it's quality. Would recommend.
First visit , fantastic!! if visiting take your old pair of shoes in so he can see how you run!, loved the fact that I talked over my running style and was presented with 2 shoes instead of usual buying hadbit of picking the one I liked the look of. Brought a shoe i would have not picked and they are brilliant. Excellent service
The best running shop for me. Bought a pair of Brooks Adrenaline 21. Love them. Allowed to take them out on street for quick run to see how they felt. Only shop I’ve been to when you know the person selling you something knows what their talking about. Will definitely go back for my next pair.
Just had the best service in there. Popped in to ask about some trail shoes. Was very interested in what I had to say, the shoes I normally wear. Found me a lovely pair to try on even let me have a run down the road. So pleased and can't wait to try them out tomorrow ☺️
