Very happy with choices and especially happy and impressed with the speed of delivery. The specific item I ordered was way too big despite me using the supplied size guide and reading comments. However, size guides are a lottery anywhere, not just for this shop. In this instance, wasn't helpful to me.

Bought a wetsuit , boots and a new leash - it’s been a while and wetsuit technology has moved on ; Not to fear, a really helpful & enthusiastic young man was on hand to talk me through the array of advancements, understood my needs and hooked me up with kit that’s spot on - his obvious experience shining through. Once home with my purchases, sadly not everything was smelling of roses , however that’s when a retailer really shows its metal - a brief website ‘chat’ and the issue was sorted , no quibbles - that’s a shop you’ll want to do business with again - and again - and again - Great service isn’t difficult , sadly many don’t manage it - Boardriders do - give them a go

A great shop with super helpful and friendly staff. I remember when it was a small shop near King Alfred. Now it’s huge and provides a brilliant service. Free parking right outside and they also sell nice coffee at the kiosk.
They were very helpful when I popped in to buy some wetsuit boots. At a later data I purchased some gloves and a hood online, and they arrived the next day. Brilliant.
