   Extremely disappointed with Mountain Warehouse. I bought a camping chair less than 30 days ago, and after just two uses the carry strap completely came off. When I went back to the store, I spoke with the team leader, Elina, who refused to offer a return, exchange, or even a repair. Instead, I was simply told to fix the strap myself and continue using it — absolutely ridiculous! A brand-new product should not break after two uses, and customers should not be told to repair faulty items on their own. The lack of responsibility and poor customer service here is unacceptable. I won’t be shopping at Mountain Warehouse again and cannot recommend them.

   Hiking boots broken within a couple months. Manager refused to give refund claiming it.was due to being wrong size as though it is my fault they are made different to standard sizes that always fit me. Inner soles are loose and move around, laces way too long. An extremely uncomfortable boot and unpleasant purchase. Would have bought a more expensive pair but just left, pity really, awful experience.
