The employee named Andy at the bike-service desk was super-helpful: he inspected the bike, he wrote a detailed note on what services to book. He was patient with my questions and very polite. “I ordered 2 junior tennis rackets + a box of tennis balls from TennisHQ. My package arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The rackets are high quality and my girls are very happy with them. “Place was a zoo! we went during the last week before school at 11a.m. it was packed. However when we finally got an assistant she was awesome. Could pick right size for kids just by looking at them. They insisted on trying on everything but she was never wrong and very patient. Super efficient so once we got started the process was quick and painless. Shop was way too small at this time of the year but the service was brilliant.”
