Anna was great when I went to choose a new hybrid bike. Super knowledgeable and helpful, she couldn't do enough to advise us and help manage the Cycle to Work scheme payment.
Spoke with Ana today, she helped to resolve two issues I had. One of the issues she did her best to contact other stores and try and come up with a solution to replace an incomplete product I had, considering that they, and no other stores, no longer stock this item due to the time of year. Very good customer service and very good problem solving skills. She needs a promotion!
My bike needed servicing, but I was unsure of the details to write when booking a service appointment. I dropped in at the Southampton store. The employee named Andy at the bike-service desk was super-helpful: he inspected the bike, he wrote a detailed note on what services to book. He was patient with my questions and very polite. Very pleased with Andy!
Absolutely 1000% recommend Andy at the bike workshop. Wonderful, super helpful, super friendly; I cannot overstate how much I appreciated his help. Was frustrated all day with my bike, and he was just that breath of fresh air that I needed. Kudos!
Fantastic service from the bicycle mechanic. Popped in to get new brake pads and he helped me find the right ones and fitted them for a reasonable fee.

In like Decathlon and I use them a lot when I travel to Europe. But if you are a uk size 12 your chances of finding a pair of trainers at the Southampton store are pretty much non existent.
I moved out of a staff members way so they could get past with some boxes on a trolley and I got no thank you. Not only this but on my way to the checkout a member of staff pushed in front of me to find out a price of something without asking or saying sorry. Also very poor selection of bike parts. Very lucky to get two stars.
