    Alex and Paul are extremely knowledgeable about bicycles. Any faults are quickly identified and fixed. An old fashioned service which the bigger cycle shops do not provide. I still have my original Rayleigh Pioneer bicycle I bought from them 1989. They provide and great service with a smile. My number 1 bicycle shop.

    I first used Peter Hansfords 40 years ago. Then as a teenager, I transformed a basic "Old Mans" bicycle into a trendy bike to match those of my mates. I was provided with all the help and advice and items I needed to make that transformation. 40 years on and the service is just as good. Again, I needed some advice and a new handlebar stem and after listening to my requirements , I was sold the part I needed. The gentleman serving was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. You just don't get this type of service with larger bike stores and I will definitely be visiting Peter Hansfords in the future for my cycling needs.
