“My bike needed servicing, but I was unsure of the details to write when booking a service appointment. I dropped in at the Southampton store. The employee named Andy at the bike-service desk was super-helpful: he inspected the bike, he wrote a detailed note on what services to book. He was patient with my questions and very polite. Very pleased with Andy!”

“Went to this shop to look at getting a new bike for myself, after having my left ACL reconstructed and was told cycling will help with recovery (plus help with fitness). We spoke to a member of staff there (sorry I think his name was Matt!), and had amazing service. He was patient, as I am a newbie cyclist, answered all my questions, helped me decide what was best for myself, and was very relaxed. I was undecided on a normal mountain bike or an electric bike due to my lack of confidence in my abilities due to being a novice and my knee surgery, but after taking his advice and getting the electric bike I am glad I listened to him. I actually enjoyed my first ride with the other half and son, (who are both avid bike riders) and the electric bike allowed me to get movement in my knee without too much pressure and I kept up with the family. Thank you so much, will definitely be back I am sure!”

The result is a great bike with huge gear range etc - very pleased :) ...as an update, Issy and the team are really helpful, highly skilled, and run a great workshop.”

“I took my Stromer to Ian at Forwards Electric, who is highly knowledge and passionate about these specific bikes. He serviced the bike and made some modifications and adjustments which transformed the ride completely. I would highly recommend his shop. Great customer service and I even got given a coffee.”

“There was plenty of parking today (Friday) and the staff were really friendly and helpful on the shop floor, if I got his name I would recommend him. The tills were a little slow but it's to be expected and our checkout operator was really nice and apologetic about the wait. This store has outdoor clothing, loads of tents to look at, fishing supplies and a whole bunch of other stuff. We picked up camping storage and snacks. The carpark is free and can be used for 2hours while in store which gives plenty of time to look at everything.”
