    I recently took my Stromer ST3 in to Forwards Electric for its one year service. Ian was again fantastic, taking on additional work to ensure I'd be away the same day. Ian found a fault and explained the issue and replaced the faulty item under warranty. Ian is extremely passionate about all things cycling and provided me with the best customer service. I can't recommend him highly enough. I'll be buying my next bike from Forwards.

    I took my Stromer to Ian at Forwards Electric, who is highly knowledge and passionate about these specific bikes. He serviced the bike and made some modifications and adjustments which transformed the ride completely. I would highly recommend his shop. Great customer service and I even got given a coffee.
