   Had the tube on the rear wheel replaced. Very happy with service and price, they know their stuff, and if you're totally into bikes they have a lot of stuff; if you own an old workhorse like mine, they'll still do a good job. I also asked about a dynamo lighting issue I had and got some really helpful advice. Good outfit.

   Recently got a bike for the first time in over a decade. It needed bringing back to life with new brake pads, new cables, inner tubes and the handle bars sorting out.    I gave my Chas Roberts bike to Gary for sending off for respraying and rebuilding. From the first moment, I sensed Gary’s dedication to excellence and perfection. I now got the bike back and I am taken by how amazingly it has been done. All parts were washed, refurbished or replaced and even re-made if necessary. No stone has been left unturned. The bike is assembled with such attention to small detail and so the overall result is breathtaking. I can not recommend GA Cycles more highly. We are so lucky to have it in Southampton. It is enlivening to see this level of care, craftsmanship and pride swimming against the current of a largely indifferent world of mass production that we live in. Thank you, Gary and Matt. Oren

   Excellent service at GA Cycles from Gary and Matt recently. I had problems well beyond my abilities in bike maintenance. Di2 shifter electronics and software updates plus broken electric wire replacement through the frame. I would definitely recommend going to the GA team for any high end technical work.

   Gary and his team are fantastic - great knowledge, great service, always happy to help. They recently did the fit for my triathlon bike and I've been so much quicker. They also gave it a service and fitted my between the arms bottle mount and I was very pleased with how the bike felt. Great service and great value.

Gary not only uses the extensive methods he has been taught, but more importantly, he incorporates his many years bike fitting experience to achieve a personal plan and data set for each individual.    What a fantastic experience. Gary, Sam and Matt made me feel very welcome and got the bike ready to be tweaked in no time at all. I was utterly impressed by Gary's dedication and expertise to get my fitted 'just right' in every single way from my shoes up. I have learnt a lot today and I will be coming back with my road bike to have my positioned examined again. I can sit comfortably on my TT bike and put down more power that I could before and in a more efficient position. I recommend Gary & the team and G A Cycles to anyone.
