The employee named Andy at the bike-service desk was super-helpful: he inspected the bike, he wrote a detailed note on what services to book. He was patient with my questions and very polite. “Decent shop. Never really that busy, reasonably priced gear and staff always helpful. Can't complain at all. Car park is a bit small but I always go on my motorbike so not really an issue for me. Its quite good value watching all the 4x4s trying to play parking tetris though.”

I had a very bad impression of jd after visiting bournemouth and castepoint branches, and the idea came to me that jd is all bad, but after I went to jd boscom and dealt with its very good manager, I knew that not all jd branches are treated the same The Boscom manager is a very good and tactful person.
