Pretty small JD sports here in Boscombe. Staff just seemed to be standing around ,chatting away with each other. So good deals atm, but this store has very little stock, better going to castlepoint one, much bigger.
Today i went to jb boscom and refund my traning shoes who i bought from castelpoint After rude manger in castelpoint refused to change or refund. I had a very bad impression of jd after visiting bournemouth and castepoint branches, and the idea came to me that jd is all bad, but after I went to jd boscom and dealt with its very good manager, I knew that not all jd branches are treated the same The Boscom manager is a very good and tactful person. The smile did not leave his face, not only with regard to my treatment, but there were 2 customers before me, with the same smile and the same good treatment.
I wanted to purchase a size 5 pair of black and white Vans. Long story short, they didn't have any Vans in that size in any colour. I opted for something else which wasn't a problem as the staff are super friendly, welcoming and helpful.
Got some good bargains.shops a little on small side but could be worse.staff helpful
I visited J D Sports earlier this year as my daughters boyfriend had a birthday in Feb..was looking for a zip front hoodie and trews to match..a reasonable range inc the upper priced Nike etc..but they were over £50 a set..i wasnt looking to spend that much so left empty handed and had to look elsewhere..but worth checking out
There were two members of staff at the entrance to the store who were in conversation with a friend and I had to interrupt them to ask where the item I wanted was. One of them pointed in the direction I should go and then carried on talking to the friend. I couldn't find what I needed do left, pretty disgusted. Wouldn't go there again
