“I received a North Face jacket many years ago, and it has finally started to literally come apart at the seems (after more than a decade it must be said) so I popped into this shop on a whim recently to see if I could get a similar replacement. The staff were incredibly friendly and eager to help, and clearly knowledgeable about their current stock and other lines. We found a jacket extremely similar to the one I had, and it felt amazingly comfy and cozey even on a hot day in June! I was tempted to go ahead and buy it but it just wasn't quite what I wanted. The staff recommended I bring my old jacket in so they could help me further, even if it meant going online and looking at stock they don't carry in their own store (which is kind of a big deal since real life in-person shops are a dying breed these days). I hope these folks genuinely like their jobs and weren't just putting on the Customer Service face for me, but even if they were, it worked, and I felt very well taken care of, and eager to go back next time I'm in Bristol and actually make a purchase!”
