   Anders was so helpful and knowledgeable and got me set up on the perfect bike. I was able to go out and test it up and down the cycle path without having to worry about traffic. He thought of everything, so I also got all the little accessories I needed. I didn’t feel that the most expensive options were being pushed and he gave me space to make decisions. The workshop staff checked everything over and talked me through the bike. Everyone I encountered was so helpful and nice and Anders even put the bike in the car for me. I’ll definitely be bring it back to this store for servicing and future upgrades.

   I didn’t actually buy the bike I wanted from this shop but absolutely would have if they had stock. Staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They even got a potential substitute to what I was after into store and held it back for me. Really can’t rate them high enough.

   Went in yesterday for a wheel repair and left the bike with them. Call first thing this morning (the next day) saying it is ready. Really quick, good price and really friendly staff will definitely go to them again if needed. Highley recommend.

   These guys fixed an issue that had eluded me and my local bike shop's efforts for months, fixing it in a day. Super helpful advice with some too with my wheels, really felt like Roger (think that was his name) in the workshop went absolutely above and beyond when it came to providing value for money. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff, fast repair, 10/10 would recommend to anybody.

   Booked in with Paul for a 3DMA bike fit on my new build as, despite using the generic geometry set up from a previous bike fit it still wasn't quite right. I was absolutely blown away by the attention to detail throughout the process, and the use of technology was absolutely amazing. Paul took the time to measure what felt like a million different angles and metrics, used his vast knowledge to know which bits of the bike to tweak, which parts needed changing or adjusting, ultimately to produce game-changing results! My first ride out on the bike post-fitting was a very windy ride, but I still felt super strong and, despite the bike being one with very aggressive geometry (Specialized Allez Sprint) it still felt super comfortable for the 5 hours I spent in the saddle! Highly recommend!!!
