Busy store with a mixture of friendly and busy staff. Lots of Christmas decorations in December and lots of home products like shampoo. The visit was helpful for stocking fillers and to pick up a click and collect order from Wilko.
Got to say generally this store is pretty reliable in the past. But 10/25 i checked stock online before wasting a journey for some odd car items and they werent in stock on the shelf when i got there.- loads of items around the store unpriced. -Stock on the floor. -Stock cages blocking the isles - Items with ripped packaging. -Out of the two car remote batteries I bought, one was 3 years out of date,realised when i got home. -one item "marked price in store" was £3 more on the receipt! The guy at the checkout had a very pleasant manner. Not a great experience The Range!!!. Pull your sleeves up and employ more staff to dot the I's and cross the T's..
Has some lovely stuff, but recent experience of having a delivery of stuff, dreadful. Only received 1 of 2 items, and a real battle to get a refund of the missing item. Pick it up while you are there!!
A well-stocked store – this is the closest The Range to us. We’ve been shopping here many times and always left with exactly what we were looking for at the time. The store is clean, well-organised, and nicely arranged. The staff is always friendly and helpful – great customer service.
The Range Avon Meads offers a great shopping experience with a wide variety of products, from home goods to outdoor equipment. This shop smells like B.O. today. Also terrible rude experience in the past with the guy in charge of garden centre over some items wrongly priced. The guy was so rude another member of staff apologised to me!
How do you write a review about the range? Like your girlfriend/wife is always gonna drag you in to "just have a look". A hour and a half later, the display benches are looking real comfy and shes off in the lighting area talking the lights that are sooo cute and "we" can put them up somewhere you dont need them. But yeah it's good and I want one of their fire pits. And the staff to open more tills thanks.
Bought 6 poster frames from the range online in two differant deliveries, all with cracked corners..When I rang to tell them this and what to do next at the Avonmeads store the woman I spoke to put the phone down on me. (Possibly the manageress) Really bad attitude and for all I know it could have been the courier but her attitude was so bad she wouldn't let me finish my sentence. Fantastic customer service though when I rang ghe Hartcliffe branch. Unfortunately there's always one person that ruins probably a decent company. I get things go wrong and there sometimes out of our control but to put the phone down on a customer then leave the phone off the hook is just really poor from the range.
Came to buy some panda gravel priced at £5.99 per bag or 3 for £15. None of the bags were sealed and most had half of the bag missing. Really lovely store assistant said they’d probably be glad to get rid of it at a discount and they’ll ask at till for me. A guy comes over and says he spoke to management and they’d only do 25% off and not including the 3 for £15 promo. Technically making it more expensive than it would be with any deal and FULL SEALED bags. £4.49 a bag for half filled gravel - what a joke. To quote the guy “I could probably go out there and fill the bags up meself”, alright go on then it’s currently -1°c I’d like to see you do that. Merry Christmas to you too!
Tattered but good selection! The range has a wide selection of goods from house hold goods to pet toys and food. Definitely recommended if you’re looking for a good bargain. However the store could definitely do with a facelift!
