   I took my gun back 4 times with 12 months The second time it was returned the gun would fire when putting the safety on!!! The magazine no longer holds BBs and having to send it off for repair for the forth time, they claimed someone had tampered with the gun and taking it apart. (Which I did not do, why would I)? The owner refused to replace the gun, give me a refund or compensate me for the numerous times I had to travel back to their shop. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!!!! I am still waiting for it to be returned to me.

   An excellent experience visiting Bristol Airguns this Saturday morning. I found David very helpful in taking the time to discuss options with me. He took his time showing me different rifles, pistols and scopes and explaining the differences between them. He was kind enough to set up the rifle and scope I’d selected while I popped out for lunch - also at a great spot he recommended! Thank you again - I can only wish every store had customer service as good as this.

   Myself and my wife were served by Kyle. Extremely knowledgeable and passionate. He didn’t try and sell us things we didn’t need and even gave us an amazing deal. Helped us carry our stuff to our car. The older gentleman (whose name I didn’t get unfortunately- apologies) was also very polite and seemed very knowledgeable also!    Simply a brilliant experience when air gun shopping. Dave and Mark and co are exceptionally polite and friendly offering first rate customer service and attention. Nothing is too much trouble for the team at Bristol Airguns. I have bought several items from this company and have always been impressed how their customer service is faultless. I am treated like a valued customer, even if just browsing. I have had awful customer service from high profile store chains, when spending hundreds. Yet at Bristol Airguns, I might spend just £5, yet the staff still offer the courtesy of friendliness and professionalism. Probably one of the few places where Im happy to spend money. If you are new to air rifles then go here first!! 100% RECOMMENDED!!
