I would highly recommend supporting Watson — they’re a UK company with genuinely outstanding customer service. You get through to a real human being rather than a hotline, which makes such a difference.    We couldn’t be happier with our Watson equipment. Like many others have mentioned, the communication was solid from day one - regular updates, accurate timelines, and everything shipped exactly when they said it would. All pieces arrived perfectly protected and, honestly, exceeded expectations. We brought in roughly 14 machines, a full dumbbell set, and a range of accessories. A year and a half later, everything is still performing flawlessly. The craftsmanship is exceptional, the engineering is dialed in, and the attention to detail shows in daily use. Client feedback matters to us, and our members consistently rave about the feel, function, and fit of every Watson piece. Watching the brand grow and get the recognition it deserves has been great, and we’re proud to have their equipment in our facility.

   Excellent customer service from start to finish. I ordered a 45 degree leg press and my customer service advisor was James Bodman. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and always responded quickly. I was very happy with his service. The leg press itself is outstanding. The build quality and craftsmanship is as good as it gets. The sled glides on the guide rods so smoothly which I believe is down to the bearings Watson use. All in all, a fantastic experience and would 100% recommend buying from them. Yes they are quite expensive but as with all things in life… you pay for what you get!!

   I could not be happier with our decision to purchase the equipment for my gym from Watson's. Located in Perth Australia, it was a little daunting purchasing online when making such an investment. Our sales consultant Eben soon put our minds at ease making the process as smooth as possible with his excellent communication and customer support, particularly when we were faced with consecutive delays in the manufacturing and shipping process due to COVID. The kit arrived fulfilling our expectations and more. Everything came packaged and presented with the utmost care arriving in pristine condition with no issues. The quality of the product is some of the best ive used and im sure I will be able to enjoy it for many years to come based on other customers reviews and Watsons great reputation.
