Affordable much more quality providing outstanding foot support and very durable .and you get a free return label.we ordered on line with HOKA and they were delivered next day. Not a service we get from sports direct

   It's ok but I feel the store is not big enough or possibly look in to the layout as it's a bit of a maze and I feel it's a bit tight to get past other people and would be difficult for prams and wheelchair users I didn't fined what I was looking for on my visit but if I need to I would still use this store otherwise I'd go to a bigger store like bath or Bristol.

   Always check the prices on the special offers. I found three different costings for the same thing when looking for men's jogging pants. It seems the nearer the tills you get the cheaper the cost becomes. The first offer was 2 for£47, the second 2 for £30. Settled on 3 for £23 as the required items were only needed for work.(22/4/22)

   Terrible service. Today 09/01/2022 at 10:30am. Came into store, had a child with special needs displaying his sunflower lanyard. Had two other children, we were clearly struggling with finding what we needed, instead of offering help, the balding older man who stands at the door decided to just watch then make a comment to the girls on the checkouts, no help given just judgement.clearly customer service is jot a priority. Ignorance of those who are vulnerable and require support. Discrimatory behaviour. Just horrid.

   Shocking customer services during my last couple of visits. The so called “manager” couldn't act anymore disinterested if he tried. 1st visit my son picks a pair of football boots priced at £30, turns out there £60! Zero accountability just a shrug if the shoulders from the manager. 2nd visit try on a pair of boots for myself find the right size and unbeknownst to me given a size larger at the till. Get to the game have to wear them. Go take them back, again a shrug of the shoulders “can’t refund because you’ve worn them” again zero accountability. Won’t be returning
