   Friendly service and advice! It was not made entirely clear to me when buying a bicycle that it would take almost two weeks to PDI check a bike that was already acceptable for customers to ride around the parking lot out back. Not the end of the world, but a bit tricky when you rely on a bike for daily life. I suppose that means either allowing customers to ride unsafe bicycles it the parking lot, or taking two weeks to complete what is essentially a box ticking exercise, neither of which seems ideal. All the staff seemed lovely, so nothing against anyone in particular - but perhaps more staff are needed on the workshop during peak seasons.

   Amazing experience with Certini and my Levo turbo, went in with an issue that was fixed under warranty, and while there another potential issue was noticed and followed up with Specialized leading to that also being fixed under warranty when I may well not have noticed it myself. All done efficiently, all staff were really friendly and welcoming. I’ll certainly be returning for my future mountain hike purchase needs. Thanks David in the workshop and the entire team, am over the moon with the service and my bike :)

   Walked in telling them I wanted to buy a bike, had a budget of about £5k. Salesman, although pretty miserable sized me up, then the particular model I wanted wasn't available. Fair enough, but then it just shut down. No trying to find out if there was another model that'd suit me, or discussion about when it might be available. Not even a friendly invitation to call back. Just "if that's the one you want then there's nothing I can do" and a blank expression. Felt like they were doing me a favour to even speak to me. Definitely won't bother shopping there again.

   An absolute disgrace! Avoid at all costs! Took my bike in because the gears were stuck. Got hard sold a £600 service that I didn’t want. When I picked it up a week later it was covered in scratches. AND hadn’t fixed the issue I took it in for AND put on a faulty chain. Literally the worst thing I have ever done taking it here. There’s been no apology or compensation just an arrogant, patronising manager that clearly couldn’t give a toss. Completely ruined my £3000 bike. Avoid, avoid avoid!!!!!

   Purchased my new Creo SL Expert from Certina in Bristol. Travelled 150 miles to collect and was treated so very well by the staff, especially Elle. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was explained thoroughly and I certainly felt valued as a customer.
