Massive store, great range of choice. Knocked a star off as the items I went to buy were either not available in my size or incorrectly labelled on the shelf/product tag. Could do with the staff member stood at the door actually being able to help customers

Great place. Good range. Reliable. I like the people who work here - they've got a great attitude. Very helpful. One place I know I'm going to get what I am looking for and enjoy the interactions in the process.

If you need to go to Go Outdoors in Bristol then please know that this is the biggest store and has a huge range of stock. Not only that, the customer service level is excellent. I purchased a roof box from the store. It was easy to order online for store collection, I received an email within a few hours confirming it was ready to collect and on arrival into store I was quickly directed to the right department by a member of staff. The roof box was brought to the tills and after payment, another member of staff helped bring it to the car. Absolutely brilliant service. On getting home and undoing the package, I was frustrated to see it was scratched (no fault of the store). I drove back to the store and they could not have been more helpful in finding a suitable resolution. Great customer service! It's not our nearest store but I will go out of my way to go to the Brislington store in future.

I see this is a common theme on the reviews but the management of this store were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I have had very average customer service in the past, taking a long time to check out, not having helpful advice, complaining about the till system, but they were not rude to me at least. Whereas this interaction with the store manager left me feeling incredibly frustrated and upset. I used to enjoy a trip to this store as the product range is good but I really do not want to go back now.

This has a wide range of different products from different brands (camping, horse riding, mountain biking, fishing, hiking etc.). I would definitely recommend investing in the membership before you go for £5 because it gives you access to very big discounts. You will probably make back the membership on the first purchase.

Store full of camping, walking, hiking and more. Everything you need to kit yourself out. Sorry to say, they are going through a closing down sale. Discounts on many things, up to 30% off. Get down there as soon as possible. Ample parking outside so you can stock up for the coming summer. Sorry to see it going.

Karen in the fishing area very helpful and new her products so good your tills are always slow and every time I'm there seem to have issues ticket prices not matching the till prices

Very well stocked store, very helpful staff and great prices. Ample off road and disabled parking too. Great place to go for good deals on rain coats for the kids etc!

Vast collection of walking, cycling, fishing, climbing and camping clothing and equipment. Tent exhibition outside and car parking. Staff very helpful and friendly. Prices are on the top end though unless you take advantage of sale items and even then, compare to others. Also you have to pay £5 for a year's membership to get a special discount off everything. Worth it if you're buying a big ticket item or intend to make several purchases over a year.
