It’s not wheelchair friendly, every pathway has an obstacle of another product display, it’s really hard to navigate. The displays go up quite high, making shopping very challenging

Very good quality products sold here. However, the purpose of my review is mainly dedicated to one of your employees. A huge praise to Rash. His motivation felt very unique and characteristic. That's somebody you would distinguish among a quite-quitting dozen of other people. He greeted me as we bumped into each other in the shop, and gave me good advice for my shopping after listening to my needs. He helped find a good deal, saved me time and possible shopping mistakes(his solid product knowledge also scores 10/10). I must have visited Sports Direct around five times, but always left empty handed. This time instead, a genuine asked "Hi there! How are you?" made the difference, and actually gave me a positive mindset to opt for quality, other than low cost quantity rubbish. Such a kind of individual sadly remains a rarity nowdays, and I think a promotion is the least he would deserve. May they be recognised as a good example. Call the man in the office and let him know that his service is much appreciated. Bless
one of my favorite place place around here . its nice price for sure and wuality is good. is not a shop to have last model or expensive belrend, is more like have good brand on knowing brands. i buy most of my pants from here
I watched several students and myself as a teacher turned away refused our respective discounts which were only 10% in store open until Jan 2023 for me that was £20 saved but they were blint and blamed head office ..you cannot advertise accepting discounts to support the community and then do the opposite
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Staffs in here thinks they are giving products free from their home. Arrogant behaviour and poor response when ever we ask help. Any authority figure reading this, Please make sure the staffs get trained before making them deal with the customers.
Not even sure they deserve 1 star to be honest. Very poor customer service. Wanted printing on a football shirt bought from another Sports direct which we were told they could do. After waiting 1 hour in store and were then told they did not have anyone in store to do it. Went on to purchase same shirt online from Sports direct. Tried to return shirt and were told we could not have a refund. So in these difficult times have now spent twice the money for one shirt. What a con.
