Needed a headlight bulb changing days before Christmas - booked a slot at an hour's notice, job done for £20, preferable to following YouTube demo and tackling myself. Happy customer.
Easily the worst Halfords branch I have ever visited. Having now been on several occasions I can say that I have not once experienced a service that met the bare minimum requirements. I have always been treated as an inconvenience with unprofessional staff. Today I waited a long time to pick up a small order in a not particularly busy store and was told it wasn't available, but after a long wait (25 minutes) a manager found the item quickly. I do not enjoy my life wasted so I will not be back. I have visited many other branches and generally have a positive experience, but never at this one.
I want to give a big thank you to Shaun who fitted my car battery late in the evening. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to help—especially at that time of night—was truly appreciated. He quickly fitted the new battery efficiently, and made sure everything was working perfectly before I left. It’s not often you receive such friendly and reliable service, especially after hours. His dedication really made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you for going the extra mile!
Excellent help received from Halfords today when my battery needed to be replaced. I was clearly advised about the best price/product. Shaun then put maximum effort and cheerfulness to fit the new battery despite it not being straightforward. I will definitely be using Halfords on Winterstoke Road again.
Exceptional service! I can't remember the name of the young blonde man who helped me, but he was extremely friendly, helpful and super speedy. He fitted a car battery and bulb in under 10 minutes and helped me find the best deal. Will definitely be recommending!
We booked a brake light repair and the team worked really quickly to fix it. They added better lights for free and repaired it a day early. So so good!
Drove long way to go store to pick up baby 360 car seat. I approach to person on till nath show him my email for car seat I bought online then ask him to fit on my car response with rude manner I can’t and anger then change his mind some reason . When he install car seat we asked him could show us how’s work he respond I can’t .only asked my to sign he’s paper work. Good luck to him with such attitude &!anger problem.
I arrived nearly 2 hours early for a bike assessment on the chance I could be seen sooner, Kieran was very accommodating and professional. All the staff seem happy and polite 6/5 ;)
Booked a car check up at 5.45, arrived and was told it would be at least half an hour wait. Didn't bother and won't bother going back again. Why offer timed appointments if they can't stick to them.
