   Absolutely wonderful service both times I visited. First time for a car seat consultation and 2nd time to have a car seat fitted. Both members of staff were exceptional, friendly and super helpful.

   Can't fault this store for customer service. Each time I've visited they've been helpful and if the item that I've ordered online wasn't what they picked in store, they've always been very fast to correct it there and then. Most recently I've booked in for a new battery to be fitted in my car. The team were very friendly and helpful and were able to fit my battery in under 10 minutes. I was particularly glad that I was able to pull my car up to the service tent straight away, as I was worried my car wouldn't start again if it was left too long!

   Joined the premium motor club as mentioned by staff on a prior visit and was not disappointed! Booked in my 10 point check and was done both efficient and speedy, Marcus checked my car over and gave pointers for potential issues plus changed bulbs that needed doing . Cannot recommend the store staff and service highly enough ! Happy customer

   Went in to buy some lights for my car. I was going to try and fit them myself, but feeling super not confident! They then told me they could fit them for me! Two lovely gents, Paul and the trainee Curtis, helped make sure they were fitted correctly and working for me. Paul also told me about their Premium Motoring Club that was on offer. It was the price of an MOT (which I had coming up anyway), had loads of discounts, free MOT and £10 voucher! Which meant I didn’t pay anything for the 3 bulbs I needed changing! Fantastic service! I would highly recommend Halfords to anyone! Thank you!

   Within a split second of showing Mercy my dead headlight bulb, she knew the exact bulb I required. She then took me straight to the aisle and handed me the bulb. She was not only knowledgeable and professional, she had a very kind manner about her. A very nice lady indeed. Then another good experience at the till, where I was served by the polite and friendly Adam. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 more stars!!

   Very helpful and pleasant advice Bought windscreen wipers on line and had them fitted. The click and collect was great as they were ready and waiting. There was a fitter on site and he fitted them straight away. We were in store for less than 10 minutes. Excellent service. Thank you.
