   James & Will were honest, friendly and so knowledgeable. I went in with the idea of a custom build for a multi day event. They reviewed the plans, suggested enhancements and risks, as well as other options, including a standard purchase. After much conversation I plumped for new purchase from them, built to a high standard. Honestly could not be happier with the outcome, lack of pressure they applied and great comms during the build. ANY bike related stuff will now be exclusively through them.

   I arrived in Bristol for a 7 week holiday, from Australia and bought a second hand Trek Emonda to use while I am here. It had a little shifting issue and just need a good service really. The guys were honest about what it needed and how I could be fitted in given how busy they were and were able to accommodate me given my travel schedule. Bike works great now and I cannot thank you enough for your help.

   Will did a fantastic job of our bikes. He collected and dropped them off in the evenings for a rejuvenation service overnight. They needed a bit more than first anticipated, so he ordered in the parts and got them fixed up to be like new bikes for a very reasonable price within a few days, even giving us some discounts and freebies. Good communication throughout and service, our bikes work very smoothly now (it's like gliding along!) - we are very happy and will be using Revolution Workshop again!
